Martha Cano runs this company and climbs the ladder herself. You are not handed to a commissioned salesperson who has never seen your decking. The person who prices the job is the person who does it.
You get the photos either way
Every inspection ends with a dated photo report by text or email — yours to keep, and yours to take to another roofer for a second opinion. Free, whether you hire us or not.
We will talk you out of it
If a repair will genuinely hold, we say so instead of selling a replacement. If your roof is fine, we tell you it is fine and you owe us nothing. We would rather lose a job than have you call back in eight months.

How long does a roof replacement take?
