Martha Cano walks every slope herself, photographs what she finds with dates on the images, checks the four places roofs actually fail — flashing, valleys, pipe boots and penetrations — and gets into the attic where there is access, because a leak almost always shows on the decking before it shows on your ceiling. She measures the attic ventilation against the square footage while she is up there, since underventilation is the most common and most ignored problem on roofs in The Woodlands and Cypress. You get the photo report by text or email regardless of what you decide to do next. If the roof needs work you get an itemized written estimate with it. If it does not, you get told that, and you owe nothing.
